I've been a regular at Couture Nails for over a year now since relocating to the area. The team always greets me warmly and creates a pleasant atmosphere. They consistently play calming music and display beautiful landscape videos on their large screen, which may seem odd to mention, but I find it incredibly relaxing haha! I must note that depending on the technician you get, some are more experienced and gentle while others can be a bit rough - but my nails always turn out great in the end. I appreciate that the technicians are understanding of quieter clients like myself - being somewhat introverted, not feeling pressured to engage in constant conversation enhances my experience. During my recent visit, I opted for a design as a little treat, and they executed it flawlessly - I've received numerous compliments.
