I've been a regular at Couture Nails for over a year now since relocating to the area. The team always greets me warmly and creates a pleasant atmosphere. They consistently play calming music and display beautiful landscape videos on their large screen, which may seem odd to mention, but I find it incredibly relaxing haha! I must note that depending on the technician you get, some are more experienced and gentle while others can be a bit rough - but my nails always turn out great in the end. I appreciate that the technicians are understanding of quieter clients like myself - being somewhat introverted, not feeling pressured to engage in constant conversation enhances my experience. During my recent visit, I opted for a design as a little treat, and they executed it flawlessly - I've received numerous compliments. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Couture Nails as a delightful and reasonably priced nail salon in the LSL region.
Honestly.. I've visited this establishment several times and received some lovely nail treatments and designs.. however, this time I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Firstly, four of my cuticles are bleeding and causing discomfort.. a recurring issue during my visits here, but I usually overlook it. Secondly, the nail design is poorly executed. There are white specks in the polish, the line work is sloppy, and my nails appear unkempt. While the nail shape is satisfactory, I must acknowledge that. Additionally, there are random hairs or fibers embedded in two of my nails. The nail polish has smudged across all my fingers, resulting in a rather absurd appearance. I am thoroughly upset. I paid $102.00 including a tip for this service, and when I requested a receipt, it was denied to me. Why am I being denied a receipt? I have no intention of returning. This level of service is unacceptable. I am beyond frustrated.
Sonny provided excellent service with a delicate touch. The entire team here is incredibly friendly. Today, I only had time for a pedicure but plan to return for a manicure soon. I look forward to sharing my experience then. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
