I adore coming here for my nail sessions. The customized service I receive here is top-notch. I cherish this spot so much that I brought my grandma along. We were both tended to very well. The manager displayed such disrespect towards me. As a senior citizen, I felt the sting of unprofessional treatment for the first time in my 73 years. Despite being a loyal customer, his behavior worsened with each visit. When I questioned his hostility, he met me with silence, a clear contrast to his interactions with younger clients. I must highlight the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the other salon staff.
