Despite being a loyal customer, his behavior worsened with each visit. When I questioned his hostility, he met me with silence, a clear contrast to his interactions with younger clients. I must highlight the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the other salon staff. Discrimination was evident in his conduct towards me.
