The manager displayed such disrespect towards me. As a senior citizen, I felt the sting of unprofessional treatment for the first time in my 73 years. Despite being a loyal customer, his behavior worsened with each visit. When I questioned his hostility, he met me with silence, a clear contrast to his interactions with younger clients. I must highlight the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the other salon staff. Discrimination was evident in his conduct towards me.
This establishment offers a truly relaxing experience during nail services. I opted for a gel pedicure and SNS set, and the staff consistently exuded friendliness, cleanliness, attentiveness, and dedication to their craft. It has become my preferred salon for pampering!
Charging $52 for a 4-year-old's simple toe treatment left me disheartened. Initially informed the combined manicure and pedicure cost $40, I chose only a pedicure for my child. Unfortunately, the lack of her desired nail polish led me to opt for a gel alternative, assuming a slight price increase. To my surprise, the cost more than doubled. While the service was satisfactory and the staff pleasant, the exorbitant price for a child's toe treatment is unacceptable. I will be seeking services elsewhere.
