The proprietor and the team are absolutely fantastic! The establishment is always spotless and is reasonably priced. The owner is warm and welcoming! There is rarely a wait and they always welcome walk-ins. Appointment options are consistently available but the owner makes it hassle-free when you just need to walk in. The gentleman who assisted me with my nails, named Taimy, initially seemed very pleasant. However, during my pedicure and manicure, she accidentally cut my thumb and hurriedly applied the base coat. When she requested payment upfront - $45 plus a $50 tip - her demeanor changed upon receiving the tip. She completed the job halfway and then proceeded to apply the base coat with a sour attitude. I believe that tipping beforehand may have led her to assume the service was free.
