The gentleman who assisted me with my nails, named Taimy, initially seemed very pleasant. However, during my pedicure and manicure, she accidentally cut my thumb and hurriedly applied the base coat. When she requested payment upfront - $45 plus a $50 tip - her demeanor changed upon receiving the tip. She completed the job halfway and then proceeded to apply the base coat with a sour attitude. I believe that tipping beforehand may have led her to assume the service was free. I have decided not to revisit this establishment; quality should always take precedence over quantity.
The nail technician rushed through my appointment, resulting in a square manicure with sharp and pointy edges. My nails appear crooked, with noticeable missing spots that were hastily touched up. I will not be returning to this salon.
As a visitor from out of town, I stumbled upon this salon and was delighted with the services provided. From having my eyebrows shaped and waxed to receiving a full P&W set and a pedicure with a gel French manicure, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I am thrilled with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon!
