I've visited this salon more than 5 times without any issues until last Saturday. As a licensed hairstylist and Cosmetology instructor myself, I was shocked by the poor job done. I went in for a partial highlight, just like the previous visits. I spent the entire day there, which wasn't an issue as I understand color treatments can take time. However, I had to remind the stylist to foil the other side of my head after 15 minutes of processing. Then, during toning, she had to do it three times. While conversing in Spanish with another stylist, unaware that I understood, I noticed bleed marks all over my head. The result? Bright orange roots, uneven root color, orange spots on top, and a mix of natural and orange hues. Now, I'm looking at a corrective color treatment, costing me more money. I wouldn't have been upset if they acknowledged their mistake, offered a fix in a few days, and apologized.
