I went to get a simple mani and pedi. I went early morning (9:30am) a young lady did my nails. I gave her a tip and I wish I didn’t. Not happy with the nail polish job. I think it has to me the worst job I’ve had. Look at pictures attached. I feel bad for leaving a bad review but I am really disappointed especially with how much I paid.
Went in for upper lip wax and the woman that did it burned me with the wax. The experience was so painful and I told her the wax is too hot and instead of blowing on it she kept putting more and more wax saying she missed a few spots. I won't be back.
Giving them a 1 star rating is being way too generous. I made an appointment, but when I arrived he had just started someone else's nails. After sitting there for a while, I asked how much longer and was told another 30 minutes. Why even bother making an appointment? I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
