I recently experienced the exceptional services at Elite Laser & Skin Spa, and I must say, it was truly remarkable. The moment I stepped inside, the friendly and inviting team welcomed me with open arms. This was probably the least relaxing massage I have ever experienced, truly the most disappointing massage encounter. I waited in the front lounge area until 15 minutes after my scheduled massage start time, which was fine assuming the massage therapist would adjust the time accordingly... but that did not happen. The massage began around 5:15 and concluded at 6. The therapist mentioned she could not see me in the waiting area on the camera. Overall, the massage therapist did not provide a relaxing experience. There was too much pressure and the massaging motions were too fast. This was my first time getting a massage at Hand and Stone; I usually go to Massage Envy. Jasmine is an outstanding massage therapist whom I have been visiting for around 5 years. Her touch is both soothing and effective in releasing tension knots. The scalp and facial massages she provides are incredibly relaxing. Jasmine's commitment to ongoing education is commendable, evident in her continuous improvement of techniques through classes and interactions with peers.
