Carly was incredibly rude. She didn't listen, insulted my age by 10 years, implied I was in menopause, she said I didn't like my hair because of the way she styled it. When I ask her to style it differently she told me no. I said I wasn't happy and she said I didn't look happy when I walked in. If I could give her zero stars I would. The silver lining was Michelle took over she saved the day. It's not exactly what I wanted but it's much better and there was only so much she could do to fix Carly's mistake.
I’ve been getting my hair styled by Elise since May, she’s the best hair colorist I’ve ever had. Never disappointed. I show her an image of what I want done with my hair and she does just that if not better. She’s so kind, so fun to talk to and very understanding. I had black hair with black box dye on it and with about 4 sessions she’s got it to a beautiful blonde. Highly recommend her to my friends and family. Couldn’t ask for better pricing, better service, and better quality.
Elise did an amazing job & my hair turned out exactly how I asked. She explained every process she was doing. I went from a brassy with grey roots mess to a beautiful warm ash blonde.
