Jefferson Nail

I recently had a fresh set of nails done on July 6th, it's been approximately 10 days and I've already lost 5 of them. Moreover, out of the remaining 5 nails, they are all starting to peel off. My spouse suggested I return to have them fixed since he did just shell out $65 for them, but after experiencing 5 nails break off in the last day, I'm not even interested. Total waste of money.

I've been a patron here for a long time, and it's disheartening to note that the quality of customer service has been steadily declining. Whenever I opted for a gel manicure, the polish consistently failed to reach the edges of my nails, even after I pointed it out and had to return for Millie to rectify it, as the polish started peeling back on the second day of my vacation. It took two tries to get a satisfactory manicure, resulting in wasted time. Consequently, I only opted for pedicures, and the individuals who performed pedicures were excellent. However, the salon transitioned to an appointment-only system, a change I discovered when I arrived and was turned away. Despite scheduling an appointment for 5:30 today, I arrived to select my polish only to be informed of a minimum 25-minute wait! What's the purpose of an appointment then? A simple courtesy call would have sufficed. Regrettably, I won't be returning. It's truly unfortunate to forgo supporting local businesses due to such blatant disregard for my time.

Visited for a regular polish manicure. During the procedure, the attendant abruptly and impolitely requested pre-payment and simply halted, staring at me. I was not provided with an explanation and felt as though she doubted my intention to pay (which is odd considering it's an inexpensive service). I felt greatly disrespected in front of other clients who settled their payments after their services. Due to the poor customer service experience, I have no intention of returning!
