I wish I could rate this a 0. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use Samantha at the brow bar. She burned the entire under portion of my eyebrows and onto my eyelids. She repeatedly kept waxing the same areas over and over again. Any professional should know while waxing you can only go over an area once. The hair on my eyebrows does not even grow as far down as the burns are. I do not understand why she was waxing my eyelids. Not only did she burn the skin on my face off, she left me with two black rectangular boxes for eyebrows after I asked for a tint. I came home and immediately washed it off because I looked like a clown. She left me with burns on my face two days before my prom and graduation. I am absolutely furious. It’s is currently peeling and scabbing and is leaving a permanent scar. Samantha has permanently damaged my face, I wish I had never gone to her. She deserves to be fired! Please DO NOT USE SAMANTHA unless you want an experience like me and want your skin burned.
