Someone told me about this salon. I rang, no reply. I called another day, no reply. I called another day, no reply. All calls were made during business hours. I made a final attempt and got a reply. The lady said she was fully booked until October. She mentioned she would share my details with the other stylists and they would call me back if they could fit me in. Wait… what? Is there a new way of managing hair salons now? Stylists' schedules are not at the front desk for appointments? Wait, are you not collaborating anymore? I understand it's tough to find people to work, but this is new. I know this is a very small town, but professionalism and hospitality are universal. She wasn't impolite. She lacked any warmth in her voice. No pleasantries. No apologies. No thank you, have a nice day. Just business-like, gotta go, I'm busy if you're not for me. I'm sure they treat their regulars well. Oh well, onto the next!
The salon is beautifully decorated, and their professional team and skilled stylists provide a wide range of services and products. Can't wait to return and let Tatum work her magic!!
