July always takes excellent care of you, and ever since I started going there, I receive compliments on my haircut.
This shop is spotless, reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly. Julie sets her own hours, which is probably the best option since all the other shops in town close at 4 pm and they will all recommend her. A note for out-of-towners like myself, she only accepts cash or check, no cards. It's a very fair deal, $16 for a haircut.
