Incredible first visit! Warm greetings and prompt service. Received a full hair treatment including an ACV rinse, shampoo, conditioning, and thorough wash. It was fantastic... I didn't want to leave. Asked for a retwist on my locs, maintenance on a few, and a style (Two strand twist with small loc knots)... they are incredibly skilled. Very knowledgeable, with gifted hands. We shared laughs and conversations throughout my time at this salon! I am beyond pleased and thrilled to have discovered a new place for my hair needs. Don't hesitate, ladies! Unaware of the policy of not flat ironing after 3 o'clock, I arrived at 3:30 only to have my hair washed until 5. There was ample time to flat iron my hair. While I comprehend that this is a beauty school, it would be beneficial for them to specify the lack of flat ironing services on a sign or board. My eyelashes fell off within half an hour. They weren't exposed to water or anything. They were attached on top, not underneath, and not to my natural lashes, just glued straight onto my eyelids.
