Took our child to Alex for ear piercing, and it was the best decision. The royal treatment she received from the moment she stepped in put us at ease. Alex and the team were exceptional, guiding us through every stage of the process. We were equipped with aftercare products and informative handouts. Alex even shared her contact number for any post-piercing concerns before the resizing appointment. When a stud got knocked off during play, Alex went above and beyond to fix it after hours, for which we were immensely grateful. The resizing appointment was as seamless as the initial one, and our daughter enjoyed returning. A dismal bleaching mishap haunts me, months of regret (my scalp turned a glaring YELLOW while the rest remained dark brown, promised a uniform light red end result... which never materialized.
