A dismal bleaching mishap haunts me, months of regret (my scalp turned a glaring YELLOW while the rest remained dark brown, promised a uniform light red end result... which never materialized. Despite the bleach blunder, staff insisted it was an intentional "ombre" or "balayage" look, even likening it to a rockstar style) ~ I shelled out 380$ for a head of intense orange atop obvious brown. Talks of a refund vanished, post-appointment I fell violently ill, a fever and nausea hit me as I left, any skin touched by hair/chemicals erupted in a rash requiring multiple doctor visits to resolve?
Fresh off a right wrist fracture, I phoned Cosmopolitan on my sister's suggestion, hoping for a hair wash as I lacked mobility in my dominant hand. Joy, the proprietor, greeted me warmly and refused payment for the service! Her sole aim was to uplift my spirits! Joy's kindness knows no bounds, and the salon is truly exquisite. She went the extra mile to ensure I felt and looked my best, from washing to styling. I left feeling rejuvenated. I wholeheartedly endorse Cosmopolitan as a top-tier salon. A gem of a place!!! If only I could award 10 stars. Thank you, Joy. You and your salon are priceless treasures.
Lynndee is extraordinary! I've been visiting her for years for my incredibly dense, long, wavy/curly locks and she consistently delivers exceptional color without compromising my length. Additionally, she exudes kindness and is a delight to be around. This establishment is truly fortunate to have such a remarkable stylist!
