A dismal bleaching mishap haunts me, months of regret (my scalp turned a glaring YELLOW while the rest remained dark brown, promised a uniform light red end result... which never materialized. Despite the bleach blunder, staff insisted it was an intentional "ombre" or "balayage" look, even likening it to a rockstar style) ~ I shelled out 380$ for a head of intense orange atop obvious brown. Took our child to Alex for ear piercing, and it was the best decision. The royal treatment she received from the moment she stepped in put us at ease. When a stud got knocked off during play, Alex went above and beyond to fix it after hours, for which we were immensely grateful. The resizing appointment was as seamless as the initial one, and our daughter enjoyed returning.
