I am consistently pleased with the results! They always do a fantastic job, pun intended! 😉
The Mother's Day gift was a disaster! The technician painted the wrong color on her toes and refused to fix it without extra payment. The French tip manicure she requested was also botched. When I complained, I was met with argument instead of an apology. Avoid Blue Jay Nails at all costs. This deserving mother deserved better!
My partner went in for a simple gel nail removal, expecting to pay $7 as she wasn't getting any additional services. However, the nail technician aggressively removed the gel polish, causing damage to her nails and leaving some polish still on. To make matters worse, they charged her $11 without her consent. This was a traumatic experience and the worst nail salon visit she's ever had. Beware of this place!
