Enrolled in a membership and adored their products/services. Witnessed an immediate skin improvement, a 5-star rating solely for that. Yet, it's their customer service that deducts the other four. Upon signing up, I was assured of the ability to freeze my account at any time for any reason. However, after expressing a hardship situation over the phone and requesting a freeze, I received an email the next day stating that due to the initial three-month commitment, the freeze would only take effect after that period. If this had been communicated upfront, it would have been acceptable. I had to reiterate my situation and inform the manager that I would reconsider staying post-contract. This seems reasonable. Instead, he abruptly canceled my membership, refusing to sell me another one, citing that we were "breaking this one," a decision I never requested. I've been in membership sales for over a year, and this is not how such matters should be handled. Extremely dubious and unprofessional.
