Cameron S at Lake Forest Massage Envy. Their incorporation of stretches and massage are phenomenal. I strive to stay awake, but sometimes the relaxation hits and time flies by in dreamland. Super attune to tense muscle groups and coaches you through breathing techniques while loosening them. They're methodical and listen to any adjustment needed pressure wise. Highly recommend for a great massage!
