Taylor was incredibly professional and provided outstanding service. It can be a bit nerve-wracking to get your eyebrows done sometimes, but she did such a fantastic job and it was completely painless and quick. She has a very welcoming demeanor and made me feel very at ease during the process. I will definitely be returning to her for all of my waxing needs!

My experience with Bailey is exceptional! She is the top in her field! I always receive so many compliments on my brows, which is why I will only go to her for my eyebrows! My only concern, which has nothing to do with her, was that I was arriving for my 1:15 appointment and received a text message at 1:14 stating that if I didn't arrive within 9 minutes of my appointment, it would be canceled. I have never received that before, and I am always on time, if not early, and to receive a text message before my appointment time seemed a bit passive to me. If they review my account, they can see that I've been a patron of their establishment for a few years now. I understand that may be their protocol, but perhaps sending it to the client the day before when sending out the confirmation text would be more considerate. Just a suggestion.
