Efficient service with minimal wait time. I was able to walk in without an appointment.
Absolutely dreadful. The service from the staff was exceptional, but my haircut is absolutely dreadful. My hair is cut bluntly, straight across, just combed down my back and chopped in a straight line. Uneven lengths, with some pieces reaching my shoulders and others nearly the same length as before the cut (around mid-shoulder blade). I will definitely be requesting a refund.
I attempted to get a haircut at 3:35 PM, and was greeted even before entering the salon, being asked if I was the 4:00 appointment. After clarifying that I was not, I was informed that they were not accepting any more customers, despite closing at 6:00 PM. The stylist mentioned she was the sole one working, had been on her feet all day, and was not feeling well. My frustration is not directed at the employee, but rather at the company. Great Clips, why reopen if you cannot hire enough stylists? This is not a sustainable business model. Rest assured, you have lost one customer.
