However, when I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my daughter, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly and rude. A warm, welcoming greeting is crucial in any business, and being made to feel like a burden is unacceptable.
When I first visited Dr. Viall for a rash on my chest, they prescribed a cream that only improved it by about 25%. Months later, I returned with three new rashes in different areas. Without examining them, Dr. Viall insisted they were the same, told me to continue with the previous cream, and scheduled a follow-up in a year.
