I came to this establishment based on a recommendation, hoping to find a pedicurist who truly cared. Unfortunately, my experience left me greatly disappointed. The pedicurist was frequently distracted by her phone, left me waiting multiple times, neglected to address my calluses, and even left me with a bruise from the massage. The entire process felt mechanical and lacking the personal touch I was seeking.
My recent visit to Nail Lounge was a complete disaster, with a botched eyebrow "tint" and a horrendous gel builder application. While I have had positive experiences in the past, my last few visits have been increasingly disappointing. During my last appointment, I requested a gel builder fill-in, eyebrow tint, and wax. The nail technician rushed through my nails, prompting me to request a gel polish cover-up due to the poor quality. Moving on to the eyebrow tint, she used black dye on my light blond brows, resulting in eyebrows twice the size of my natural ones. The technician suggested waiting for the tint to fade, leaving me shocked and dissatisfied. I had to scrub my skin vigorously to remove the dye, causing raw spots that took a week to heal. I am still left with unnaturally dark eyebrows, marking this as a truly terrible experience!
I have frequented this salon for 13 years and have consistently received exceptional treatment with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The owner has been my nail artist, collaborating with me on creative designs and always making the experience enjoyable. Lucy has been handling my pedicures for approximately 5 years now, ensuring my needs are always met and I am well taken care of. The salon has been accommodating to my busy schedule and understanding of life's demands. I highly recommend this establishment and have no intention of seeking services elsewhere ❤️
