I frequent this spa for my nail care needs and Rita, who operates a booth there, always impresses me with her skills. She provides exceptional customer service and executes the nail designs perfectly. I've been a loyal customer for almost three years now, and she is always in demand. If you want a gel overlay or a surprise design, Rita is the one to go to. Highly recommended!
Originally from NC, I decided to try out this place for my eyebrow threading a few months back and was pleased with the results. However, my recent visit was a disappointment. The lady who did my threading overdid it, making my thick eyebrows thin, uneven, and irritated. Despite my requests, she didn't listen and shaped them in a way that didn't suit me. I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with the service. I will not be returning and will caution others against going there.
I had a fantastic experience with their threading services. The staff provided excellent service, reasonable prices, and minimal discomfort during the process. After my regular service provider was unavailable, I found them online and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their work. I will definitely return for more!
