I recently had a manicure and pedicure from different technicians. The pedicure was wonderful, but the manicure was terrible. She damaged my skin, please see the photos taken 4 days after the service.. This was my first and will be my last visit!
I reached out to inform them that both of my big toenails got chipped and needed fixing. They called me back to explain it's their policy to charge me since it happened on Jan 11th! Both chipped in just 9 days! Seriously? It was my first visit there and it will definitely be my last.
