Today, my daughter and I visited a salon for some relaxation. I requested a pedicure for her and a fill for myself. However, the manager tried to overcharge me for the fill, so I declined. The nail technician, May, who assisted me was inexperienced and caused me pain with her sloppy work. After waiting for the manager to take over, the situation did not improve. I expressed my concerns to her, but she seemed unable to control the staff. The whole experience was terrible, and my daughter was upset witnessing it. The staff even tried to charge my daughter for disposable slippers just to provoke me. They were disrespectful, speaking in Vietnamese and making derogatory remarks. I paid for my daughter's pedicure and left, feeling disgusted by the unprofessionalism and lack of hygiene. Avoid this place at all costs.
I showed a photo of the nail design I wanted, but the outcome was different. The nail technician rushed through my appointment due to a new customer arriving. The salon's service was mediocre, and I won't be returning.
Every visit to this salon is delightful, starting from the moment you step in. I always manage to book appointments with my favorite nail technician, Jasmine, without any hassle. The cleanliness maintained by the staff after each guest departs is commendable. Additionally, the live music by Peter adds to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon for a top-notch experience.
