My first time at Rachel's Studio/Spa was exceptional. They were exceptional. So friendly, welcoming, and skilled.
I used to see a skincare specialist from another state who is now semi-retired, so I needed to find a local spa. Rachel exceeded my expectations! Today, I had a facial waxing done, and Rachel did an impeccable job, not a single stray hair left! They made sure my experience matched what I was used to with my previous specialist, ensuring they met my needs and standards. A definite 'YES'! The pricing was fair for the service.
We also discussed their recommendation for a facial, and I am genuinely excited for the customized experience with Rachel, tailored to my skin and age.
The convenience of booking through their app was a nice touch.

My initial visit to this salon was fantastic. I called last minute and was accommodated right away. No wait time. Alex placed me in a cozy chair by a window with a lovely view of Laconia. They were very engaging, sensing when I wanted quiet and when to chat. Alex was incredibly kind and meticulous in their work. Quick, efficient, and gentle. I left with a beautiful, natural set and couldn't be happier!
Will definitely be returning for fills.
