My initial visit to this salon was fantastic. I called last minute and was accommodated right away. No wait time. Alex placed me in a cozy chair by a window with a lovely view of Laconia. They were very engaging, sensing when I wanted quiet and when to chat. Alex was incredibly kind and meticulous in their work. Quick, efficient, and gentle. I left with a beautiful, natural set and couldn't be happier! Will definitely be returning for fills. Well-deserved 5 stars! 🤩
Visited this salon today for an acrylic fill and had a great time. The nail technician was friendly and relaxed. They even offered me a cold water bottle to enjoy during my appointment, a gesture I've never experienced elsewhere. Gentle handling of my nails, no accidental nicks with the drill. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot!
The staff was pleasant. However, I felt like my set was rushed. Uneven paint and nails. Prices were reasonable though.
