The owner provided exceptional service to my mother and me! He was extremely friendly, engaging us in conversations comparing life in Vietnam to the United States. However, his comments on my mother's short nails were slightly off-putting. She prefers practicality over length, and that should be respected. My gel manicure was beautifully executed, with a stunning color. Though it started peeling sooner than expected, we appreciated the lovely mother-daughter pampering session.
I invested $60 in a long almond nail set, only for them to break in half within two weeks, causing significant discomfort during removal. I strongly advise against this salon.
If I could rate them any lower, I would. Let’s begin with the rush during my hand and nail service, putting me in an uncomfortable position. When I requested the removal and replacement of an acrylic nail, they completely disregarded my request. The paint job was atrocious - clumpy, uneven, with gel all over my skin. The toe nails were a mess, uneven with no effort to clean the sides. The photos I posted speak for themselves, revealing even more flaws upon zooming in.
