The owner provided exceptional service to my mother and me! He was extremely friendly, engaging us in conversations comparing life in Vietnam to the United States. However, his comments on my mother's short nails were slightly off-putting. She prefers practicality over length, and that should be respected. My gel manicure was beautifully executed, with a stunning color.
