I recently underwent a major hair transformation at the hands of a self-proclaimed expert who turned out to be a complete fraud. Despite showing clear pictures and requesting long layers, I ended up with a blunt, one-length bob. Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe it. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
