Alex is truly the most exceptional manager and stylist I have ever encountered. They used to cut my hair when I was an employee (2018-2019), and they still provided me with some of the finest haircuts I’ve ever received. I go by a different name entirely now, and lead a very different life than when I was stationed next to their chair, but it warms my heart to see that they are still here.
Wait time was a little extended. While sitting in the waiting area they informed me it would be a 12-minute wait. I was okay with that, however, the stylist who eventually cut my hair was seen socializing with everyone for longer than 12 minutes. It wasn't a good look for Sport Clips. I'll give this place one more chance before considering taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of places to get my hair cut, but I prioritize customer service over the quality of the haircut.
I love going to Sport Clips. The franchise in Smyrna, a while back after the pandemic, was open when Great Clips and Supercuts weren't, so that speaks volumes about the business.
