I've frequented this establishment for eyebrow threading numerous times, and the service has consistently been exceptional! I wish to applaud the proprietors for exceeding expectations recently. When I inquired about their operations during the pandemic, I was informed that they were now operating by appointment only. Despite this, they graciously accommodated me on the same day, even after they had closed for the day. They returned to the salon just to serve me, displaying outstanding customer care! Following that visit, I noticed that my brows were not quite to my liking. Upon expressing my concerns, they kindly invited me back at no cost to make the necessary adjustments. I revisited today, and my brows look fantastic! Thank you, Karissima!
This was my initial experience getting my eyebrows shaped here, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and pricing! The husband and wife team here provided friendly and excellent customer service. The wait time was minimal, and she skillfully shaped my eyebrows without needing any guidance. It was a pleasant surprise, as my brows have been botched by others in the past, leading me to avoid getting them done. A friend recommended this place, and I am delighted she did. The journey from Murfreesboro was worth it. They have earned my patronage now!
