Britton did an exceptional job. She was kind and grasped exactly what I wanted. Prior to my appointment, she texted me to gather reference pictures and during the process, she explained each step, making me feel at ease. After years of indifference towards my hair, I can now genuinely say that I love it. This was my first visit to a professional salon, and Maven exceeded my expectations. I typically don't write reviews, but Mavens Beauty Salon truly impressed me. I've had bad experiences with haircuts in the past, either chopping off too much length or dyeing it a completely different color than requested. The stylist who worked on my hair, Britton, did an outstanding job. She ensured my comfort throughout the process, from the desired length to the color accuracy while maintaining the health of my hair. Dealing with extreme anxiety, the stylist was friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Britton, although all the staff members were kind and I'm certain they would do a fantastic job!
I visited the salon yesterday with a lot of uncertainty, just seeking a haircut and possibly a new color. My stylist could have exploited my doubts, but instead, she offered me valuable advice and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. It was the first time I left a salon already having my next appointment scheduled. Grateful for the experience.
