I understand that massages are usually great, but I really needed one yesterday. I called and explained that I had lower back pain and needed a relaxing massage that could possibly help. I requested a 60-minute session. However, when I arrived, she only offered 30 minutes. I insisted on the full 60 minutes. She seemed hesitant to agree (I'm not asking for a freebie, I'm paying for an hour). Throughout the entire hour, she massaged me without using any oil. I was expecting her to use some at some point, but it never happened. I know some may say I should have spoken up, but when you're paying for a service, that should be a given. It's unfortunate that I live just 2 minutes away, but I definitely won't be returning. I had also planned to tip her $10, but she demanded $20. So, I ended up paying a total of $80 for a massage that lacked the soothing touch I was looking for.
Jane Smith Awful experience. The person in green on 4/8 Saturday did a terrible job. I was there for an hour and all she did was tap my back without using oil. It felt like she just wanted to finish the hour. The place was very dry and had a terrible smell. The person giving the massage wasn't wearing a mask and kept coughing. I don't plan on leaving a tip because I'm extremely dissatisfied. I decided to give $5, but she demanded $10. I will not be returning.
