I do take some blame, but he is the “professional” I showed him a picture of myself with a beard style I liked, He said he could do it. I did want some shaping so agreed to do a ‘trim’ He seemed to have difficulty With the clippers, dropping them, changing the guard sizes. He trimmed my beard before the ‘shape’ and trimmed more after he rinsed my beard. Lots of uneven trims and layers that make my thick beard seem even thicker. The shape looks like a bad trim, and even after washing it twice, it feels awful. I messaged him to try and resolve the issue but he did not even respond. Very unprofessional !!
