I am deeply troubled by the current state of Black salon culture. It is disheartening to witness the challenges women face and the money they invest, only to be met with apathy and negativity. The lack of acknowledgment upon entering, the one-sided conversations - it all leaves me questioning why things are this way. I couldn't even complete my appointment because of the disrespectful way I was spoken to. Customer service is paramount, and Vanessa's performance was severely lacking. There is a need for improvement for the sake of the clientele.
This salon is a wonderful, clean establishment. It offers a variety of services including diverse hair care and styling, nail services, makeup artistry, natural spa treatments, and let's not forget the fantastic 100% natural juices for overall wellness. It's my go-to for health, beauty, and self-care needs.
The women at the salon are exceptional. They provided service with kindness and care. Vanessa was outstanding and displayed great professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this Salon and Spa for all your pampering needs.
