Initially, they lacked a technician for dip powder service despite listing it on their menu. Furthermore, they didn't have the polish displayed on their nail board. To worsen things, they applied a lumpy gel polish and tried to blame it on my nail beds. When I inquired about the outcome and potential fixes, both the nail technician and owner ignored me and had another tech handle the payment.
