Initially, they lacked a technician for dip powder service despite listing it on their menu. Furthermore, they didn't have the polish displayed on their nail board. To worsen things, they applied a lumpy gel polish and tried to blame it on my nail beds. When I inquired about the outcome and potential fixes, both the nail technician and owner ignored me and had another tech handle the payment. Absolutely love their work! Every time I get a picture taken, it matches perfectly with the nails done by Mary. And can we talk about the rhinestones? They stay on forever!
