Initially, they lacked a technician for dip powder service despite listing it on their menu. Furthermore, they didn't have the polish displayed on their nail board. To worsen things, they applied a lumpy gel polish and tried to blame it on my nail beds. When I inquired about the outcome and potential fixes, both the nail technician and owner ignored me and had another tech handle the payment. To sum it up, if you seek rude and unprofessional service, this is the place to go as they've mastered the art of insolence.
I made a spontaneous visit here the day after becoming engaged to have my nails done for photos with my new ring. I felt anxious due to past experiences at other salons where they couldn't deliver my requested designs. But not this time. I asked for French ombré nails with a metallic/sparkly top coat, and my nail tech absolutely nailed it. I've never been happier with a set of nails, especially for such an important occasion. I'll definitely be returning here. I can't recall his name, but I visited on Sunday. Thank you so much! Everyone adored my nails, and so do I!
Just splurged on a dip with Gel for my birthday... Very let down. Got my nails done on Friday, and here it is Sunday (2 days later) with lifting already. Unfortunately, I have surgery at 6 am tomorrow, so I won't have the chance to get it fixed. I won't be returning to this salon. I'm upset about what I paid and dissatisfied with the work.
