This HEB is top-notch! The variety of food and products is unmatched. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The curbside service is fantastic, and the employees are so kind. Plus, they have the HEB Go! feature where you can scan items as you shop, skip the lines, and pay at the kiosk. I usually pack my items while scanning, making shopping a breeze. Even on busy holidays, I can swiftly get in and out. This HEB is my favorite.
I always opt for curbside pickup at HEB. While I do encounter missing items in my orders frequently at this location, the staff is always friendly, courteous, and tries their best to assist. It seems like they may be short-staffed for curbside, as a 15-minute wait after parking is typical. I do curbside shopping once or twice weekly, but parking is limited and tight.
