My 3 year old needed a haircut and I found Diamond Cuts on google. I called ahead to ask if there would be a wait or if I should make an appointment-the person working informed me that there “isn’t a wait, they had people in their chairs but there isn’t a wait”. Not sure what that means, but okay. So we head over-got there approximately 10 minutes after the call ahead. We walk in, then are told to write our name down—not a single word was said to me for the rest of our time there. They both finished one haircut and proceeded with another after that, without acknowledging our presence or giving an estimated wait time. After 40 minutes of waiting with TWO kids, we left. I was told “have a good one” upon leaving.
My haircut would've been $30 (already too high for the terrible job they did), but the stylist charged me $5 more after shaving my face when I didn't ask for it. Completely messed up the back, and left me with hair coating my entire face. Also I got secondhand from the person smoking next to me, who I guess owns the joint. Hope you go out of business as soon as possible
I used to come here and see Taylor a lot and admired their work. However, after my experience yesterday, I will not be returning nor recommending this place/Taylor anymore. They said they spaced out and made a mistake, which resulted in half a bowl cut around my scalp and 1-2 inch pieces of hair, along with choppy layers. I had long and thick hair, and while I did want it thinned out, this was unprofessional and their apology was lazy. I was still charged for the service, although they did refund when I immediately asked. I left the shop in utter shock and this will probably take a year or two to grow back. Not worth the cheaper prices at all.
