If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. While I appreciate the hard work of some employees at this establishment, encountering either of the proprietors (the individual or the person) will only result in sassiness and impoliteness. My mother and I were eagerly anticipating a relaxing pedicure session together. I strongly advise against expecting any quality time or tranquility if you happen to engage with either of them.
The images provide concrete evidence. Today, on 3/17/23, she was excessively rough. Besides what the photos depict, my red nails also show traces of blood in the nail crevices. If I accidentally hit my nails on something, like my desk or keyboard, they would bleed even more. It's the individual who performs nail and pedicure services. She handles things very roughly. It's unfortunate for the individual and their spouse who are usually very friendly. I've never encountered such a situation in all my years of getting my nails done. It appears as if my 3-year-old great nephew did my nails. I will never return there.
