I went for just a trim, the stylist cut my hair so incorrectly. It's uneven, she insisted on an extra charge for shampoo and conditioning even though I had already done it at home.
If you can't handle curly hair, then don't. She removed a small braid without my consent. My hair is now so uneven because she clearly lacks experience with curly hair. She charged me extra for having curly hair and claimed it was tangled, but it wasn't. I won't be returning here if they can't cut curly hair properly and keep pushing for layers despite my past bad experiences with them in my curly hair. 👎
