The hair I received was not what I had ordered initially. I had to have three appointments within two months, costing me $375 each time, with no satisfaction. My hair kept falling out, and the staff kept making excuses about the beads or how I brushed my hair. It became tedious. Beware of this place as you will be overcharged and end up feeling like a complete mess with hair falling out everywhere. Find another salon.
I was on the hunt for a new stylist after mine relocated. A neighbor recommended Hairpeace, so I decided to book with Cara. She did a fantastic job and was so friendly. I will definitely return and recommend her to anyone in need of a stylist. Thank you!
I must start by saying I have never given a one-star review to any business before, but this experience compelled me to do so. When I called today (1/23) to make an appointment, the person who answered was incredibly rude. She simply said "Hello" without introducing herself or the business. When I inquired about appointments, she curtly replied with a "no." I have never encountered such poor customer service. Although my sisters see Sarah Jane at this salon and recommended her to me, after this encounter, I will have to look for a different hair salon.
