I had a rather disappointing experience during my visit. It ended with tears. I provided the technician with a clear image of how I wanted my eyebrows to look, however, the outcome was completely different. They turned out too dark and uneven. Although I appreciate the effort made by the stylist to rectify the situation, the final result still fell short of my expectations.
