To start with my haircut:
Popped in and Kristy was free. I usually stick to barbers, so I was hesitant about a salon. Not anymore. They washed my hair, a brief scalp massage, and then a superb haircut. Made me feel completely at ease and welcomed. Price was fantastic, service was exceptional.
So... I decided to get my partner a gift certificate as she wanted a cut & color.
Then GF's haircut:
GF booked an appointment with Kristy for a cut and color. She echoed my sentiments exactly. Kristy made the experience enjoyable, relaxing, and effortless.
She was EXTREMELY pleased with her new look, and now we are loyal clients of Kristy @ lather.
